Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn items with original packaging and tags into the shipping box, ensuring the return form is included inside.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
